Borough Green 16/03/03 League

Another two games that we've lost by the single goal...Again!. However it must be said that whereas we have been more than a little unlucky in past games, these results were a fair reflection of the play. In the past weeks we've played some nice passing football with good tackling. Today however it was all missing. Although upon reviewing the video it appears that we had as much, if not more, approach play and twice as many corners as Borough green, we just didn't look good enough to score in the last 3rd. With perhaps the exception of 'MoM' Ryan Penny and 'MIP' David Ryan not a good performance I'm afraid.

A cross was vollied goalward by Tom Pounds but the keeper saved well.	David Ryan 'flicking on' a corner but no one could get a descisive touch.

Coxheath & Farleigh 23/03/03 League

OK THATS IT! As of next week we shall be called 'Jekyll & Hyde F.C'. They looked a completely different side from last week. They were 'at' the opposition from kick off, chased everything and didn't stop chasing. It was close mind you, only the one goal, (david Ryan), over the 2 games..but we scored it and with a win and a draw take 4 points from the games. In a near complete reversal of last week EVERYBODY played well.
