This site is just about the Larkfield Juniors Under /15's Team for the 2007 ~ 2008 season, ( yes, that means next season this will become the Larkfield Juniors U/16's team website).. The Under 15 age group means that eligible boys must have been born between the 1st Sept 1992 and 31st Aug 1993 inclusive.
Although 'Larkfield' is one of the biggest clubs in the area, I found, much the same as  'Ian Bayly' of 'Larkfield Youth' ,  that there aren't many websites for the LARKFIELD teams.
I suppose this is because we have so many sides that no one, in their right mind, would 'take on' such a mammoth task of keeping abreast of all the teams for individual websites... So I guess that the way this is going to 'pan out' is that a few of us are going to take our trusty 'WEBSITES for Dummies' manuals and write websites about our own teams and then link them to each other.

The Setup

Larkfield Juniors U/15's are part of the Larkfield Football Club which Incorporates LFC, Larkfield Boys, Larkfield Juniors, Larkfield Youth & Larkfield Girls.
As the title suggests, these in turn are divided into age groups. Larkfield Football Club is affiliated to the Kent County Football Associaion. The club is based in Larkfield, Kent, UK, some 4 miles north of Maidstone.

The Juniors U/15's team currently enjoys Division one status in the 'Maidstone Primary Football League'.

The 2007~2008 squad

A Little Bit of History

The initial squad were founded in the summer of 1999. The following season the team was entered into the under 8's age group of the 'Invica Primary League'.
We won the division making us eligible for the premier division for the 01~02 season.
In that season we were unliucky to lose the Consolation cup final on a penalty shootout, never mind, a runners up medal was better than nothing.

Like all teams we have lost and gained a few players since then, but for the most part ,season to season, we have retained reasonably settled sides.
